Health & safety guidelines
Just a few things to keep you safe & the studio sanitary.
Grip socks are required for class participation. Socks are available to purchase in studio.
If you are pregnant please confirm with your physician if pilates is right for you, It is also good to check in with your doc periodically as your pregnancy progresses. Listen to your body, voice discomforts and feel free to ask for modifications.
If you have any injuries or limitations, please advise your instructor upon arrival. This way we can keep you safe & comfortable with modifications and alternatives as needed.
First timers should arrive with time to spare. We can get you settled in, and familiarized with the machine.
Parking is ample, but our neighborhood is poppin’ so the lot gets busy at times.
Sanitary wipes will be provided at the end of each class for clients to wipe down their reformers.
Music is NOT censored.
